"A goal without a plan is just a dream."
Daruma are traditional Japanese dolls based on Bodhidharma, a Buddhist monk from the 5th or 6th century.
They are often seen as symbols of good luck and perseverance. This makes them popular gifts of encouragement.
The eyes of Daruma are hollow. When the owner has a goal or wish, they fill in one pupil. Once they have accomplished this, the other pupil is drawn in. All orders will come with a card containing this information on it.
Choose between 2 different expressions: happy or surprised! Woodblocks are available as either hanging ornaments, magnets, or both.
