- All orders are final!
- I address all my thank you cards to the shipment name! If you wish to be addressed by a different name, please let me know in the order notes.
- I ship worldwide! Please make sure your country is accepting mail from the USA.
- We accept both card and PayPal! Most cards should work.
- If you need an address change, please email me with your order number and new address before your order ships!
- If something is wrong with the order you received, please email me first and provide picture proofs. I will do my best to help!
- My current order processing time is about one week or less, depending on my personal schedule. Any important shipping updates will be posted on my Instagram story.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail! Once I ship out your order, I no longer have control over your package. In the event that a package gets lost, please note that I cannot guarantee a refund or replacement.
- In the case that your order failed to deliver:
- If it was a typo on my end, I will happily cover the extra shipping to send it back when it gets returned to me.
- If it was a mistake on your end, you can choose between paying the extra shipping to send it back to you, or a refund (excluding shipping cost and taxes).
